Névine Kocher is head of international and institutional relations at Cemafroid-TECNEA, the independent expert of the cold chain and refrigeration, with more than 60 years of experience. Névine Kocher has an engineering degree in agronomy and environment. She has a 14 year experience in international affairs (French ministry oh higher education and research, French National Research Institute of Science and Technology for Environment and Agriculture). She also worked at Cemafroid as leader of the French national service delegation project for ATP certificates of conformity.
