Dr. Fabienne Niger is Chief Veterinary officer at FEDEV ( Federation des Metiers de la Viande – the French National Meat Association). Dr. Niger is in charge of food safety and regulatory affairs for the French meat industry and works closely with the French government and European Union authorities.
